ADM+ has its own metrology laboratory, equiped to do dimensional analysis either by contact or scanninng. Our portable equipment allow us to offer flexibility where measurements are made.

Dimensional analysis allow us, by means of scanning or CMM, to compare real parts vs their CAD models.
Applications are very diverse, such as quality reports, deviations analysis, production processes validation, etc.

Control gauges, dimensional and labotarory toolings are equipments that, during their life time, require care, maintenance and a periodic calibration to keep them in optimal working conditions
scanning
Scanning systems allow us to dimensionally measure a part or component without the need of physically touching the part. This non-invasive procedure is extremely useful in situations, where a gauge is not available or part needs to be measured in a free state. Furthermore, scanning is a useful tool when it comes to measuring parts with complex topology.
